This hotel truly exceeded my expectations in many ways. the value for money was fantastic - I couldn't believe the quality I received for the price I paid. The attention to detail was remarkable, from the extra pot of boiling water served with our pot of tea, to the lovely outdoor space with uninterrupted country views. The staff were friendly, warm, and went out of their way to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The rooms were comfortable, and I particularly loved the large bathroom with a lovely view out to the back. And lastly, the breakfast with its view out over the fields was the perfect way to start the day.
Everything was just fine, no improvements needed.

We stayed at The Castle Inn for a weekend getaway. The check-in process was efficient, and our spacious and clean room exceeded our expectations. The friendly staff made us feel welcome throughout our stay. Although we didn't try the breakfast, the Friday evening meal was excellent, especially the Sunday roast. We were grateful that they allowed us a late check-out so we could enjoy their delicious food before leaving. The hotel's location just outside of town was perfect for our visit.
I do recommend this hotel.
